Anywhere works.

As with all explorers, you start by mapping what you already know. Only then, when you’ll have your surroundings laid out, you’ll be ready to step into the unknown.

Here are 100 questions on yourself. A hundred directions you can choose from. A hundred tiny steps to discover who you are.

  57. Close your eyes for a moment and listen to your body. Do you feel tense? Where?

  59. Think of someone you really, really don’t like. What of him or her gets on your nerves? Now turn that into a more positive adjective. (For example, “he’s arrogant” becomes “he is self-confident.) Is it possible that you may want to have this trait too?
